Well the day has finally come and gone and we couldn’t be happier. We had the honor to shoot Nicole and Gene’s Wedding today and it was fantastic. First off, we’d like to tip our hat’s to both the bride and groom for scheduling the day perfectly. Everything flowed amazing and we had plenty of time to get in all the formals that they wanted. For once nothing had to be rushed because everyone was running late. It was incredible. The day started off at the hotel where we captured images of Nicole and her Bridesmaid’s getting ready. Gene and his crew where only one floor up so we visited them too and got a few pictures of everyone chilling out and enjoying some tunes.
Gene and Nicole then met outside the hotel and boarded the party bus with the bridal party. We headed over to a park for some picture taking time. Since we had 2 hours to kill we knocked out most of the formals so Gene and Nicole could enjoy their reception. After the pictures were done we headed over to The Empire Club for the ceremony and reception. The Ceremony was short, sweet, and wet. I’d have to say that this had to be one of the soggiest wedding’s I’ve ever attended. It was amazing to be able to capture all the emotional joy that was in that tiny room. After the ceremony everyone headed downstairs for the Cocktail hour then the Reception. The reception was a blast with everyone dancing to the songs played by Music by John Cole & Son. When they weren’t dancing they were enjoying the fantastic food The Empire Club offers or the Cake that was created by Palermo Bakery. The Party went well into the night and well after we left. We were happy to be there to capture the day for Nicole and Gene and we look forward to meeting with them to go over some of the prints they want to order.
Thanks again Nicole and Gene…hope you enjoyed your Honeymoon in Mexico!
